SHIPPING POLICY

Below are the estimated delivery times for parcels sent from New South Wales (NSW) to various states within Australia:
 
Standard Parcel Post:

  • ACT, VIC, QLD: 3 to 5 business days

  • SA, TAS: 4 to 6 business days

  • WA, NT: 5 to 7 business days

Express Post:

  • ACT, VIC, QLD: 1 to 2 business days

  • SA, TAS: 2 to 3 business days

  • WA, NT: 2 to 4 business days

 
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as public holidays, peak periods, and unforeseen delays. We recommend using Express Post for urgent deliveries to ensure the fastest possible service.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your Lollibee purchase! If, for any reason, something doesn’t feel just right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We’re happy to offer a full refund for any unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please fill out our returns form below . Ensure the items are returned with the original tags still attached and in their original packaging, in good condition. We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method used for your order.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, the best option is to purchase the new item and request a refund for the unwanted or damaged item. 

  • Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable.

  • Sale items are final and non-refundable or exchangeable. Please choose your sale items carefully!

  • It is not possible to refund purchase of a gift card.

 
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our friendly Customer Service team at info@lollibee.com.au. Please attach photo of the faulty item.  They’re always happy to help!
